Sighing, you ran a hand through your (h/c) hair. This day was just getting worse and worse.
"Watch it!" Some one yelled at you, almost pushing you down on the sidewalk in the process.
"...Sure.." You muttered, gathering up all your things that you dropped when you stumbled.
A pair of black boots stood infront of you, causing to look up. "Last I checked, men shouldn't push women." He said, fixing his sunglasses.
You stood back up and nodded. "I know what you mean."
"Would you like to talk a walk with me?" He asked, taking the books from your hands. "If you could have guessed, I'm not taking no for an answer."
"Alright, as long as you don't hurt me." You told him, walking beside him.
He scoffed lightly. "I'm more of a protector." He told you. "One that helps people like you, get to where you're going."
Smiling, you looked up at him. "What's your name?"
Clint smiled and looked down at you, looking at you thorough his sunglasses. "Nice name."
"I like yours. Makes you sound cool." You blushed.
He nodded. "I know it does. So tell me about yourself (Y/n)."
"Well, I work at the libary. Then I also work on paperwork at the Stark tower."
Clint looked at you like you had four heads. "You know Stark?" He asked.
Nodding, you fixed you hair a little bit. "Yeah. Do you?"
"I worked with him." He smriked.
"Wait a minute. You're Hawkeye!" You yelled, only to get his hand cover your mouth.
Taking off his sunglasses, he looked you right in the eyes. "Remember how I said I was a protector? Someome is going to try to kill you. I'm here to make sure they don't."
"A-Alright. What do we do now?" You asked him when he removed his hand.
"Keep you safe."
